Once logged in, go to https://l10n.cuperino.com/projects/ and select the project you wish to translate. To translate QPrompt go to https://l10n.cuperino.com/projects/qprompt/ instead. From the project page, pick the language you wish to translate to. If you can't find it, go to "Start new translation" at the bottom of the page. If this is your first time contributing, you'll be prompted to read and sign a Contributor's License Agreement covering the component you're about to make a translation to.
